SRM was notified on a Thursday afternoon in December of 2015 of a fire in one of its clients' warehouse facilities just outside of Cincinnati, OH. The fire was quickly extinguished but the building’s sprinkler system ended up affecting over 250,000 square feet of the facility, housing one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. In order to meet the client’s objective of being open for business the following Monday, SRM was able to mobilize significant resources, working around the clock shifts to meet the client’s and their tenant’s needs on schedule.
